Strategic Excellence for Entrepreneurs

Whether a student is trying to ace their next exam or an entrepreneur has a brilliant idea, having a game plan is essential to their success. In this course, students will learn how to produce a meaningful vision and values and how to utilize these to map out an effective strategic plan for their lives or business.

Students will learn these skills by forming their own fictitious businesses that will address a current global challenge. They will practice leadership skills, creativity, and group decision-making while building out a Business Model Canvas. They will learn how to think through market challenges to discern opportunities and develop value propositions. They will establish objectives and key results in addition to identifying challenges and finding strategies for overcoming barriers all while keeping their focus on their vision and values.
