RESIDENTIAL POSITIONS
Supervise all aspects of student life and residential operations. Lead a team of counselors and assistant directors while ensuring a safe, enriching experience for students and staff.

Support the Residential Director in ensuring smooth program operations. Oversee either program activities and events or staff experience, including schedules, evaluations, and team support.

Lead evening and recreational activities while supporting Residential Counselors. Ensure smooth event execution and provide guidance to maintain a positive student experience.

Foster a supportive and safe environment for high school students during their pre-college experience. Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership while helping students navigate academic and personal growth.

Manage health and wellness for students and staff, ensuring a safe and supportive environment. Oversee medical logistics, provide direct care, and collaborate with leadership to address health concerns, fostering a culture of well-being.
