Business in a Global World

In a world that is becoming more complex, with increasing uncertainty, business leaders are faced with the difficult task of managing teams and rapidly changing situations while trying to innovate and grow their revenue and impact. Using specific practices (Regenerative Innovation) designed by the instructor over the course of 17 years of running and coaching business owners, this course equips participants with the tools, mindsets they need to be resilient leaders who tap innovative excellence despite the geo-political global upheaval affecting the business world whiles solving some of our toughest challenges.
Regenerative Innovation combines human-centered design, lean startups, living systems thinking, learning and experience design, behavioral science, data, storytelling, equity, technology, entrepreneurship, and trauma-informed practices.

Regenerative growth vs infinite growth
Unique value vs regenerative value
Traditional Business models Vs regenerative business models
Regenerative leadership Vs Dominant leadership (fem and masculine ways of leading)
Regenerative design vs product/business/service design
Regenerative relationships vs team building and collaboration (family and professional)
Habits, culture, identity and transformation - an exploration of who we are as humans and who we want to be.


Activities:
Games to explore mindsets of RI
Art, poetry and music to explore new ways of knowing, perceiving and learning.
Simulations to build skills
Socratic Dialogue and group discussions to explore participants unique leadership principles
Storysharing to get comfortable sharing our visions and leading with confidence
Group Projects to learn how to collaborate and build the capacity to lead and be led by others and apply RI in a real world context.

Instructor at Stanford University PCS for Business and Design Thinking Founder and Chief Innovation & Learning Officer at The Social Innovation Collective.

From Stanford’s D-school and MIT’s D-lab to Hult International Business School, Mansi has left her mark making a global impact collaborating with diverse institutions and audiences.
 
She's facilitated innovation processes not only in the USA but also across the globe, engaging with innovation hubs like iLab in San Francisco, Team Academy in the Netherlands, Thammasat University in Thailand, and Twende Innovation Centre in Tanzania, among others.
 
Her reach spans countries such as China, Japan, Australia, Chile, Peru, Cyprus, Colombia, Mexico, Canada, India, and Thailand. Whether guiding entrepreneurs, organizational teams, or high school students, Mansi brings much experience cultivated through meaningful interactions across borders. As a Fellow of the 2016-2017 Yerba Buena Center for the Arts 'Equity Fellowship,' and a mentor at the Moving Worlds Institute and Youth Impact Hub in Oakland, Mansi is committed to shaping the future of innovation on a global scale.
